Duinrell Holland

Duinrell is an amusement park situated in Wassenaar, Netherlands. It contains a caravan park and a camp-site. The Park holds a variety of accommodations including lodges, tents and static caravans. The park provides bikes and karts available for rent. Duinrell has been critically acclaimed for its attraction park with swimming pool, which has the longest waterslides in the Netherlands. The park has a mascot named Rick the Frog.
The park is located on the estate of the counts Van Zuylen van Nijevelt.
As early as 1646, there was a farm in Wassenaar: the Duinrell farm. A large estate surrounded it, which since 1935 has been developed into the holiday and amusement park, which is now enjoyed by over a million people every year.
Duinrell (deutsch Quelle in den Dünen) ist ein Freizeitpark und Campingplatz in der Nähe der niederländischen Städte Den Haag und Wassenaar. Mit einer Fläche von 100 Hektar und jährlich etwa 1,4 Millionen Besuchern zählt Duinrell zu den 25 größten Freizeitparks in Europa.
Eröffnet hat der Park 1935 mit einigen Blechbungalows als Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten für Wanderer. Der Park wurde in mehreren Schritten erweitert und ein Freizeitpark wurde angebaut. Der gleichnamige Freizeitpark besteht aus mehreren kleinen Attraktionen, einer Sommerrodelbahn und einem großen Schwimmbad. Gäste können in Duingalows, Bungalows unterschiedlicher Ausstattung, übernachten. Mittlerweile zählt zu dem Park ein großer Campingplatz mit über 300 Stellplätzen (in verschiedenen Größen und Ausstattung) und eine Jugendherberge („Duinhostel“). Eltern können für ihre Kinder auch Kettcars mieten und dürfen im gesamten Gelände herumfahren. Nur wenn der Park geöffnet ist, muss man die Fahrzeuge abschließen. Diverse Aktionen während des ganzen Jahres locken immer wieder Gäste auf den Platz. Am 14. Mai 2009 wurde die Achterbahn Falcon eröffnet.

En 2010, Duinrell est le troisième parc néerlandais quant à la fréquentation. Le parc d'attractions et le parc aquatique reçoivent 1,3 million de visiteurs, derrière les 4 millions d'Efteling et les 1,5 million de visiteurs de Attractiepark Slagharen. Ils sont 1,377 million en 2014.
Duinrell et Tikibad reçoivent 1,4 million de personnes en 2017, 1,39 million en 2018 et 1,32 million en 2019.
